  We drove from another city to just go to baby buntings and find a suitable stroller for our capsule. When we reached and described what we are looking for, the sales person just said there's nothing she can do and to look elsewhere. We are first time parents and very unexperienced in the whole pram/stroller thing, even after telling her that, she didn't seem to show much interest in showing us around.
  Staff was available but mainly busy taking amongst themselves and hardly noticing that we are constantly trying to get help when we were trying to get some nursing materials.
  Anyway, we left the place and went to 'toys r us' at hightpoint mall. Even there we didn't find the stroller for our capsule but the customer service was excellent. The sales lady went above and beyond to show us different kinds and we ended up purchasing a very good stroller, cot and other furniture for our nursery.
  
  Baby buntings lost a customer today. Do look in to your staff at Maribyrnong branch.
