  Recently bought a car from Dozo Car Sales and had a very pleasant experience. I dealt with Sara, and she was fantastic. Had no issues at all, and everything was a smooth process. Any concerns that I had, or any questions, Sara was more than happy to help me and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Could not recommend Dozo's more. Consider purchasing your next car here!

  BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE IS LIKE PLAYING RUSSIAN ROULETTE.. THEY MAKE LOTS OF PROMISES BUT DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. . Which I learned the hard way when 2 weeks in I advised them there was a problem..and they promptly stopped answering my calls..
  I recently bought a vehicle from Dozo car sales, which l am regretting more by the day given that as soon as the car started having issues their attitude quickly turned from friendly and happy to help to curt rude and clearly not wanting to be held accountable. I had the car checked prior to purchase and there was a couple things that needed to be fixed l almost backed out as I explained am on dialysis and need a reliable car and one without hidden problems that would need to be at the mechanic as I not only could not afford it l also had get hospital 3days a week the lady insisted the car was totally fine and they would make sure I even reiterated that if there was hidden problems to please sell it to someone else as it would totally screw my life up if l got it and then problems started. She swore the car was perfect and not to stress, I accepted her explanation and trusted her words- biggest mistake ever!you can imagine my utter devastation and despair when not a week after purchase problems started- first up a defective ignition lock started showing on the dash followed by add oil sign. I called Dozo n was told to take car to their mechanic and they would fix it. I made the 50 minute drive waited hour or so was told that they checked the car n all is ok but they were unable fix the issue. I left confused and not at all reassured and with good reason not 2 days later on Monday the car literally broke down on me an exhaust sign came on followed by EPC light which caused the car to start shaking so badly it was unsafe to drive. I called Dozo again who proceeded to promise to get the issue sorted. A tow had to be organized it was to be there first thing in morning- it arrived Thursday afternoon! Yet when l mentioned that she initially promised Tues morning her response was and I quote" there's not much I can do about it" no apology no explanation no courtesy instead she was showing her true colors.
  I should have known then- based on the previous occasion when they were meant to fix the problem but fixed absolutely nothing that I'd get the car back this time with the issue unresolved. Ok they changed the spark plugs but failed to fix the whatever was actually causing the problem. I spent over $300 on a hire car getting to dialysis while they had mine - all a complete waste of time and money especially when l call the mechanic almost in tears because less than 2 hours after collecting my car it's in the exact same state prior to being towed out there, I truly feel that she completely tricked me selling me a faulty car while insisting it was a good quality and in perfect working order, totally shameless and without an inch of decency let alone courtesy and with an attitude better suited to a moody teenager in retail rather than a mature and professional business owner. All in all I would NOT recommend buying a car here yes a few people have been lucky enough to avoid being sold a faulty or defective vehicle and some shoddy warranty, but the same amount appear to warn others to stay away. If l had known and seen these reviews before l would not have gone through with the sale or taken her word regarding the condition of the car or anything else for that matter, since its abundantly clear that truth is a foreign word and honesty and unknown concept at Dozo car sales.

  Not a good business to deal with my car broke done two times in the first week
  first time water pump broke they fix it
  But the second time my brakes failed I could not drive it and was told its my problem to get the car to them Even after telling them that it's Not drivable then I was hung up on by them
