  I was upset to hear about this clinic closing. I have been a patient of Dr.Lee's for over 30 years and he is a great doctor. My father and mother were also patients of Mr. Lee and Mrs. Wong. They will be sadly missed. It's hard to find doctors like them who actually care about their patients

  Very unprofessional receptionist. Took down details of my parents, forgot to make appointment time. Waited 2hours to be seen by doctor because of that. I run clinics myself and I know NOBODY is 2hours behind schedule, this is not an ED... Would reccommend AGAINST anyone to visit until management changes have been made.

  Thank you for proving my point of your unprofessionalism.
  Instead of making improvements the owner chooses to blame others. Where I take my parents hold no bearing to how they should be treated. It is unethical to treat family members anyways, emotional bias may actually cloud decision making.
  
  Furthermore, the complaint is about the customer service of the receptionist, and failure to register a new patient. "not even a patient of the clinic" what, are they running a nightclub? Where members are treated with more respect? Where are their ethics?

  Very long wait even with appointment booked. When you ask the receptionist how long it might take after waiting over half an hour, she looks at you disgruntled and tells you "soon".
  The clinic does not care about patient service- they keep squeezing more and more walk-ins in, even when the tiny waiting room is so full that people have to line up against the hallway.
  This practise is only busy because they churn out scripts and medical certificates quickly.

  My family have been attending the clinic for over 30years and will continue to do so. You may need to wait a little longer to receive a caring and professional service. They take care in treating there patients and time spent doing so is more than worthwhile. We have nothing but respect and admiration for both Eva and Michael and staff. It is worth the wait.

  I'm distraught to hear this clinic has closed.
  Are the powers from on high real? These are the best and experienced doctors we have in the West who are serious about patient care. They never needed to charge extra like the other greedy GPs that we know. Sincerely hope they can return to do the work they did so well!

  Dr lee is very caring..that is why the clinic is always so busy.... I find if you book you are not kept waiting long..
